Hotfix: v1.2 is Live

Hey all! EREBUS has been updated with a couple of minor fixes and is now v1.2. The original release was lacking some ease-of-use, and now has a hyperlinked contents page as well as bookmark navigation on the PDF. Additionally, a minor rules update around Critical Hits was missed.
